In 2023 a lot changed for Computer Doctor. Jeremy and his wife Lisa had a baby boy, Bodhi. Lisa needed a lot of help with Bodhi, and tensions in the household were high. Having a store front is a huge expense. It’s very time consuming, stressful, and was often times break even, or not even. After having a shop open full time since 2016, Jeremy decided to close his location on USM Campus.
It wasn’t an easy decision and it came with a lot of fear and anxiety but the phone calls and texts have never stopped coming and Jeremy has never stopped doctoring computers.
“It’s still a roller coaster sometimes, but it’s a lot easier to smile on the ride when you only owe one person rent.”
So now we come to you at your home, or work, or we can meet somewhere in town. We try to make this new arrangement more convenient for people and most people love it. Especially if they work a lot, or come from out of town. My business is keeping you in business.
Do I get a “digital side eye” from some people because I don’t have a brick and mortar? Yes.
Do some people decide it’s not worth the risk and go somewhere else? Yes, sometimes.
I realize that it can be daunting to meet a stranger in public and give him your expensive belongings with the promise he’ll return them. But I have a great track record for returning your stuff in better condition than when it came to me.
I just want to help the right people get their stuff fixed. And so that’s how you found me.
And now the decision is up to you.
Do you trust a hard working, well established, highly experienced individual, working from their home office?
How about 100 Google reviews @ 4.8, with recent feedback?
Okay well what if I throw in a picture of me and my boy?
To all who support this business, and allowing Jeremy to fulfill his dream of working on computers and helping people nearly every day, we thank you!
