iPhone Charge Port Replacement

If you’re in Hattiesburg and you can’t get your phone to charge or plug up to your computer (and you’ve already tried a new charge cable and adapter) Then chances are good you need a new charge port, aka, a dock connector.

Before you bring your iPhone into the shop for repair, you should check and make sure your charge port isn’t being blocked by debris. A tooth pick is a useful tool for removing pocket lint from your iPhone’s charge port.  If you do not feel comfortable removing debris from your iPhone’s charge port, bring it on in we’ll be happy to clean it out for you.

This is an iPhone 5S Dock Connector. You can see it has a lot more going on than just charging your phone. It also contains the mic, the headphone jack, antenna, and even the home button/finger print sensor connector.

We try our best to keep all iPhone 5, 6, 6 Plus and 6s charge port in stock but we cannot guarantee stock. If you would like to wait we can usually have the part you need in within 1-2 days.  We back all of our iPhone charge port replacements with a 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects. If you have a problem with the replacement charge port and it is not damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

How Long Does The Charge Port Repair Take?

We say an hour just to be safe. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we’ve learned all the right and wrong things to do. When it comes to iPhone repair knowing what not to do is very valuable information.  We know there aren’t a lot of places in Hattiesburg where you can drop your iPhone off for repair and pick it up an hour later and we’re happy to be one of the few places where you can.
